How are Remakes Being Handled?

First option will be to repair.  However, Levolor will look at this on an order-to-order basis.

 

  1.       Parts can be shipped direct to the customer (if applicable)
  2.       Blinds can be returned to the repair facility (if applicable)
  3.       Orders over one year old, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (customer pays to ship to the facility, Levolor covers the return shipping). Orders under one year old, shipping will be covered by Levolor
  4.       Shades that cannot be repaired will be remade. Upgrade cost absorbed by the vendor (standard to cordless). Levolor Customer Service will review this on a case-by-case basis
