How are Remakes Being Handled?
|
First option will be to repair. However, Sunglow will review this on an order-to-order basis.
- Parts can be shipped direct to the customer if applicable)
- Blinds can be returned to the repair facility (if applicable)
- Orders over one year old, shipping costs are the responsibility of customer (customer pays to ship to the facility, Sunglow covers the return shipping). Orders under one year old, shipping will be covered by Sungllow
- Shades that cannot be repaired will be remade. Upgrade cost absorbed by the vendor (standard to cordless). Sunglow Customer Service will review this on a case-by-case basis
