There's a Problem with My Shades, How can I get it fixed?

If your product is under warranty, please contact our customer service team to request an RMA number and initiate the process to have any issues with your shades corrected.


I have older Sun Glow shades, will you fix them outside of warranty?

Yes. We will repair shades out of warranty. Please send us the details of the issue and we will provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding.
