Your product warranty is directly handled and guaranteed by the manufactures in accordance with their terms and conditions to their specific products.  We are here to help ensure the manufacture does honor their commitments as such.

Please Note: Your Manufacturers Warranty for your product does NOT INCLUDE LABOUR.  There is a minimum $100 Installation Fee if you you require an installer.   Once you have received your product/part from the manufacturer and you are unable to install yourself and require an installer please CLICK HERE

What Do You Need?

The manufacturer requires your Contract Number.  This can be located in the top right corner of your agreement. 

Can’t find your contract number?    Email FindMyContract@hddecorating.com with Name, address, phone number and someone will get back to you with your contract number with 2 business days.
