Where is my order?
As all of our window coverings are made to your exact specifications, production timelines can vary depending on the manufacturer. Should any delays occur — such as material back orders — we will notify you promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.
Please note custom orders take approximately 2–6 weeks from the time your order is placed with HD Decorating to when they arrive with our installer. Once your products are received, we’ll contact you to schedule your installation at a convenient time.
