Limited Lifetime Warranty
Levolor extends a limited lifetime warranty to the original residential retail purchaser only if the product was properly installed and remains in the original window. The product is covered against manufacturing defects, i.e., a flaw in the product design, materials, or workmanship that causes the product to no longer function and has a limited lifetime warranty. Limited warranty extends for the life of the product defined as 10* years.

What information does customer service need when I inquire about my product?
Before contacting customer service, please have your order number available. The order number is located on a sticker on the back of the headrail of the blind/shade or on the door panel of shutters. Customer Service will also need the date of purchase, size (width and length), and color of your product.
Do you carry replacement parts for discontinued LEVOLOR products?
No, LEVOLOR does not carry parts for discontinued products. We recommend visiting www.fixmyblinds.com to find a compatible replacement. Note: LEVOLOR is not affiliated with this company and has no control over their pricing or policies.
How do I get a repair for a Trim+Go™ product purchased at Lowe’s?
Contact LEVOLOR customer service for assistance or return your product to Lowe’s. Lowe’s will accept products up to 90 days from date of purchase.
